I don't have much to explain or write. I have seen all the YouTube videos and I have done exercises. The only one that worked was the one where you need to make your tongue so tired that it trembles, which only happened last night at 3 am when someone called me, I woke up and answered. I said "Love" to my friend and it rang and I said "YAYAYAY" and then I couldn't do it for the rest of the night.

These are tongue trills. No vibrations of the mouth or nasal passage. I have no idea what to do.

And please, don't link me a YouTube video, I've seen them ALL and they've told me to say "butter" or "dog" until my tongue understands. Or I prick my tongue at the specific place next to the alveolar crest closest to the teeth. Curve the sides, press the bit inwards. I have that.

The problem, as I see it, is my air flow, I am doing something fundamentally wrong. I am blowing air from my throat.

If I relax my tongue completely and breathe a slower stream of air, I get the whistle of an S mixed with the breath of an F.

HELP

p.s I know that these publications are relatively common, but I don't know where else to put them and also my situation is a bit interesting.
