hi everyone if you're dreaming of experiencing something new maybe learning a new language traveling around Europe or experiencing a different culture then this is the video for you my name is Claire and I'm a teacher here at Freeda language space and I want to talk to you today about the way that you can come and study in Spain and stay longer yes that's right I'm talking to you about the student visa there are two ways there you can do this the first way is if you are in your country so if you're in your country you have to apply through the Spanish Consulate in your country the second way is if you are already here in Spain then you can extend your visit if you have more than 30 days remaining on your shenen Visa okay so I'd like to speak to you a little bit more about the second way that you can apply for a Visa here in Spain here at Freeda language space we offer Spanish intensive courses of 20 hours per week which means that you can apply for your visa and here we will help you in every step of the process so that you can obtain that visa and now I'm going to explain exactly what you will need in order to be able to do that first of all you're going to need a scan of every page of your passport second Spanish insurance with full coverage third a criminal record check from the hag apostel fourth medical certificate five admission letter from the school and proof of payment and last of all you will need a bank certificate that says that you have $7,200 for the year now normally this is done with full support and if you need any legal support during the time or during the process of making the application then we can provide that support for you we have a legal team available for you at Freda so a little bit more about our schools we have two centers in Barcelona we have one here located in elbourne which is in the Heart of the City it's an urban Zone you can see that the design of the school is very in keeping with the area it's very cozy and comfortable to study here and actually we have two uh schedules that you can follow uh by the morning or by the afternoon you can study from 9:10 in the morning until 1:00 p.m. or from 2:10 until 6:00 p.m. here in this Center so here in this school we have six classrooms available and they are available to small groups because we believe at Freda that it's really important to have small groups so you can be more focused with your teacher the other school that we have is located in a neighborhood called Gracia which is only about 20 minutes from here it's a very big bright space we have nine classrooms up there and there is a huge study space for students to use between classes for relaxing studying whatever it is that they need to do and there's also full kitchen space so that you can prepare food drinks whatever it is that you need so what about the study process well I can tell you that all of our teachers are native and professionally qualified and we believe here at Freda in the communicative method which means that you will be studying from Spanish from day one and we believe in this method because it works now that I've explained everything I hope that it's answered all of the questions that you might have but if you do have any more please feel free to get in touch because here we have a really friendly team that are ready to answer on any questions that you have and alternatively if you are here in Barcelona feel free to come and visit us and chat to us here [Music] ...
